2025 Registration is open!!

NEW! In order to participate in any Aggieland Homeschool Athletics (AHA) sport, you must become a member of AHA.  Membership requirements are outlined in Article III of the AHA Bylaws.  In short, membership is only granted to families who agree with the organization's Statement on Gender, Family, and Sexuality; and voting rights are only granted to those members who also agree with the organization's Statement of Faith.  These Statements are included in the registration form below and you will be asked if you agree with them.  


Registration Process:

1) Complete the 2025 T&F Family Information Form to begin the registration process. 

2) After completing the Family Information Form (step 1), you will immediately receive a link to register your athlete(s).  (Both the Family Information Form and the Registration Form(s) must be submitted before coming to any practice.  Note: Our first practice is scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2025.)  

3) Pay your fees.  After completing the Registration Form (step 2), you will immediately receive a link to pay your fees.  (Returning athletes will notice there is an increase in fees from last year, due to rising program costs.  2025 season fees: High school athletes $130, Middle school athletes $100)

The deadline to complete both forms and pay your fees is Feb 1, 2025.



Discounts to be aware of: 
 

• Family Discount - If your family has 3 or more athletes, there is a $10 discount for the 3rd athlete (& the 4th, & so on) after paying full price for the first two athletes. Note: We also offer a Family Max Rate (ie, families with more than 5 athletes in the same household will only have to pay for 5 athletes; please email Coach Ely if you believe you qualify for the special Family Max Rate).

 

• Dual Season Discount - Those athletes who participated in the Fall 2024 Cross Country season are offered a $10 discount on their Spring 2025 Track & Field registration. 
  
  (FYI, it is possible for some T&F athletes to receive both discounts above, for a total of $20 off Spring 2025 T&F registration.)
  
  
• Coaching Discount - Our volunteer coaches who coach/lead/plan workouts for a group of athletes or for a particular T&F event at all scheduled practices during the season, can receive a discount on their own children's registration fees.  Email Coach Ely if you are interested in coaching with us this season.
