This is preseason conditioning led by Personal Trainer and girls Coach Bayley Clark. The purpose of these conditioning workouts is to get the players in shape and ready to play. Coach Bayley will also provide participants with workouts to complete during the week. These workouts are not mandatory but they are strongly encouraged. After the workout the gym will remain available to players until 3pm if they wish to shoot around or scrimmage. This is intended for older 12U to 18U players only.
